Membership

1. The Fashion Fast Forward ("F3") Rewards Programme (the "Programme") is a programme owned, operated and managed by Wing Tai Clothing Pte Ltd ("WingTai"). The acceptance of any person to the Programme shall be subject to the approval of WingTai and the participation by any such person (the "Cardmember") in the Programme shall be subject to the following terms and conditions.

Under the Programme, a Cardmember is entitled to be awarded with F3 Points ("Points") and/or discounts ("Discounts") when the F3 card (the "Card") is presented at the time of purchasing selected products at any of the designated F3 stores in Singapore (the "Territory"). The basis upon which the Cardmember may be permitted to enjoy Points and/or Discounts shall be determined by WingTai. The Cardmember shall not entitle to request WingTai to d isclose or explain the calculation methods or other matters relating to Points or Discounts for whatsoever purposes.
3. The Programme and any terms and conditions, as amended from time to time, shall be governed by the laws of the Territory and both the Cardmember and WingTai agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Territory.
4. Any person wishes to become a Cardmember shall complete and submit an application in a form prescribed by WingTai. Upon acceptance by WingTai, the successful applicant shall be issued with a Card for use with the Programme without charge. Use of the Card shall, at all times, be subject to the terms and conditions contained herein.
5. To apply for the Card and for participation in the Programme, an applicant who is under the age of 18 years old shall be required to, at the absolute discretion of WingTai, either (a) procure his/her parent/guardian to apply on his/her behalf, or (b) procure his/her parental/guardian's written consent for the application.
6. To qualify for the Card and for participation in the Programme, an applicant shall submit, together with the application form, proof of a minimum purchase of $150 in one single original receipt spent at any one of the participating F3 stores in the Territory. The participating F3 stores are all outlets of Topshop, Topman, Dorothy Perkins, Miss Selfridge or Ben Sherman in the Territory.
7. The Card is non-transferable and the use thereof is solely restricted to the person to whom and in whose name the Card is issued to and for use strictly with the Programme only.
8. The Cardmember and/or his/her parent/guardian warrants and represents that the details and particulars furnished and contained in the application form for the Card and for participation in the Programme are true and correct.
9. The Card shall at all times remain the property of WingTai and must be surrendered by the Cardmember to WingTai immediately upon request.
10. WingTai may, at its absolute discretion, suspend or terminate the membership of the Cardmember or Programme or the use of the Card at any time without notice or reason and WingTai shall not be liable to the Cardmember for whatever losses or damages that may be suffered by the Cardmember in furtherance to or in connection with the suspension or termination thereof.
11. The Cardmember shall immediately report to WingTai once his/her Card is discovered to be lost, damaged or defective.
12. The lost, damaged or defective Card will be replaced subject to the payment of a $10 replacement fee and the submission of a duly completed card replacement form to WingTai. Please allow not less than 3 weeks for the processing of a new replacement Card.
13. A Cardmember may at any time terminate his/her membership by informing WingTai and, upon the Cardmember informing WingTai of the intention to terminate his/her membership, all unredeemed Points shall be automatically forfeited without notice to the Cardmember and WingTai shall not be responsible or liable for the forfeiture of any unredeemed Points.
14. Use of the Card by the Cardmember shall constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
15. Each Cardmember shall at all times hold one Card only.
16. Membership of the Cardmember will not expire as long as there is at least a purchase which would qualify for Points to be awarded under the Programme (the "Qualifying Purchase") is made by the Cardmember with the same Card for 12 consecutive months.

Awarding & Accumulating Points

17. Points shall be awarded to the Cardmember upon presenting the Card before making payment for the Qualifying Purchases, failing which Points shall not be awarded to the Cardmember.
18. In the case where the Qualifying Purchases were made but Points were not recorded, Cardmember shall provide proofs of such Qualifying Purchases including receipts therefor . WingTai reserves the right to accept or reject such proofs at its sole and absolute discretion.
19. Points awarded to and accumulated by the Cardmember under the Programme are non-transferable and have no monetary or cash value.
20. Points awarded and accumulated in the Card shall expire in the event that the Cardmember does not make any Qualifying Purchases or is not awarded with any Points within a period of 12 months from the date Points were last awarded. In such event, the Card shall be cancelled and all accumulated Points shall be automatically forfeited at the absolute discretion of WingTai without notice to the Cardmember.

Redemptions

21. WingTai reserves the right at its absolute discretion to convert any accumulated Points which the Cardmember has not redeemed to WingTai voucher(s) subject to the terms and conditions therein.
22. WingTai reserves the right, without prior notice and assigning any reasons whatsoever, to solely determine and change from time to time:
    1. the items offered as rewards in the Programme (the "Rewards") as listed in the Rewards Guide and/or in any other documents; and
    2. the number of accumulated Points required for redemption of or in exchange for the Rewards.

Disclosure of Information

23. The Cardmember and/or his/her parent/guardian hereby irrevocably authorises WingTai at all times to make use of and/or disclose to any third party any information relating to the Cardmember and the Cardmember's use of the Card in such manner and to such extent and for whatsoever purposes (including but not limited to research, planning, product development and direct marketing) as WingTai may in its absolute discretion deem fit.

Dispute

24. Any claims or disputes relating to the Programme or the use of the Card shall be referred directly to WingTai for decision, whose decision shall be final and binding on the Cardmember and WingTai's records of all matters relating to the Programme shall be conclusive and binding on the Cardmember.
